Booking terms and conditions

Hereby conditions and cancellation policy:

Please note: A 5% surcharge applies to the total room price, plus a city tax of €2.97 per person per night.

Below you will find the conditions that apply in the event of a cancellation.
The applied amounts and percentages are to be paid by the guest. 
The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card in case of a no-show or late cancellation, in accordance with the conditions below.
Special conditions are prior to the main cancellation conditions when applied.

In case you book a Non-refundable rate:

• It is not possible to change or cancel your room free of charge, the payment will be done at the moment we receive your reservation.

In case you book a flexible rate (individual booking):

• Less than 48 hrs. before date of arrival / check-in (14h00): first night

In case you book 3 or more rooms (group booking):

• Between 7 and 0 day(s) before arrival: 100 %
• Between 21 and 8 days before arrival: 50 %
• Between 4 and 3 weeks before arrival: 25 %

After check-in it is not possible to cancel free of charge.
